Due to high demand over the festive season, we are currently experiencing stock delays for selected products and some orders may take a little extra time to be dispatched. If your order contains a product which has been affected by delays, the latest expected dispatch date will be noted in your confirmation email. Please note that delivery times are estimated from the day of dispatch.

Shipping

All orders placed on our EU site will be fulfilled from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Orders placed before 11am CET/CEST are usually dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time are usually dispatched on the next business day.

Netherlands: 1 business day
Europe: 2-5 business days
Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Ireland: 3-8 business days

We aim to fulfil all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us. Please allow extra delivery time for orders placed during busy periods

PO Boxes

As final delivery will be completed by your local carrier, delivery to a PO box will depend on their own delivery policies. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery address, please get in touch via the contact form.


Custom and Duties


Throughout the European Union, where possible, Trtl will ship with duties and taxes paid (DDP) from the Netherlands.


Occasionally, import duties and taxes will be charged to European customers where DDP shipping is not available with our carriers.


In this case, once the parcel has reached the destination country, duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient to receive the shipment.

Missing Order


If your order hasn’t arrived with you as expected please:

  • Check your delivery address was entered correctly - contact us if there are any errors.
  • Check the delivery timeframe - if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
  • Check with your neighbors to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel for you.
