If your order hasn’t arrived with you as expected please:

• Check your delivery address was entered correctly - contact us if there are any errors. 
• Check the delivery timeframe - if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
• Check with your neighbours to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel for you.

Throughout the European Union, where possible, Trtl will ship with duties and taxes paid (DDP) from the Netherlands.

Occasionally, import duties and taxes will be charged to European customers where DDP shipping is not available with our carriers.

In this case, once the parcel has reached the destination country, duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient to receive the shipment.

If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact the carrier or your local customs authority.

We are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been dispatched. If you need to make a change after placing your order, please get in touch via our contact form at your earliest convenience and our support team will be happy to assist you where possible.

Yes, you can return your order within 100 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To begin your return, please fill out our contact form with a note of your order number, the products you wish to return and your reason for returning. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions to complete your return.

Please note that we currently do not offer free returns in our EU store, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When posting your return, we advise customers to use a tracked service where possible and retain proof of postage.

We’re only able to accept returns for orders purchased on trtltravel.com. To return items ordered from Trtl’s Amazon store, please get in touch directly with Amazon’s customer service team.

To complete your return, we require your order number or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, our team will process your refund within 1-2 weeks. You will be notified when your refund is processed, and your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, though please note this may take longer depending on your bank.

We are unable to accept or approve returns with items that are:

• Not in their original, unused condition
• Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Returned more than 100 days after purchase
• Missing proof of purchase
• Not purchased from trtltravel.com (e.g. Amazon orders)

We’re happy to exchange any faulty or defective items purchased directly from our website.

If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please fill out the contact form with your order number and the reason for the exchange to begin the process.

We can't guarantee partial refunds or exchanges on bundles, and you may be asked to return the bundle in full to receive your refund. In line with our returns policy, all items in the bundle should be in their original condition and packaging.

If your refund hasn’t arrived yet, please:

• Check your bank account again - your refund should show under TRTL TRAVEL on your statement
• Contact your credit card company or bank - it may take some time before your refund is posted after it has been processed by our team (typically a maximum of 30 days from your refund notification)

Tips & Tricks
- Holding the pillow area closer to your neck before wrapping will provide more support. This can be

helpful if you have a slightly longer neck, as this allows the scarf to be looser whilst still supporting

your head and neck.

- Try wrapping the Trtl Pillow with your ear and jaw tucked inside the pillow so that they rest against

the middle of curved pillow section, rather than on the top edge of the support.

- If you find that the angle of your neck is not quite perfect for you, you can also try experimenting

with positioning the support further down towards the chin and front of your neck. This can help keep

your head and neck in a more upright position.

The original Trtl Pillow was designed to be a super lightweight airplane travel pillow, and it features

an internal support which cradles your head and neck, and a supersoft fleece scarf to hold

everything in place.

The Trtl Pillow Cool is the same size and concept as our original pillow but has been specifically

designed to keep our customers as cool as possible while they travel. This model is made with

Tencel cooling fibre fabric alongside an airmesh venting panel to keep you refreshed while you travel.

By using this fabric it makes it antibacterial and anti odour meaning extra freshness and peace of

mind. Trtl Pillow Cool also comes with a roll top waterproof carry bag so you can keep it with you

every step of the way while on the move.

Our Trtl Pillow Original comes in one size and we usually recommend this for ages 14+ due to the size. Statistically, 14 year olds average 5'3" in height, so our estimates are based around this. Due to the flexible nature of the product there is some give in the product to support a smaller neck size too, we've had customers from 5' get in touch to say that it was comfortable for them, so it does really depend on your personal comfort preferences as we understand everyone is a little different. The pillow measures 7 in x 7 in x 3.5 in.

The Trtl Pillow Junior is designed for ages 8 and up so it does have a smaller frame than the Original and the Trtl Pillow Plus. The smaller internal support is designed to provide more comfort to those with a shorter neck length, such as children ages 8+, or adults with a more petite frame so you may find that this one is better suited for you, however we would say that the suitability of the product can vary person to person depending on their own comfort levels. The pillow measures 6.5 in x 6.5 in x 2.4 in.

So far the Trtl Pillow Plus has been used successfully by nappers between 5’0" and 6’8" so we’re confident it will suit most travellers! The Trtl Pillow Plus weighs roughly 11.2 ounces/ 317 grams and can be changed to fit your comfort level. At its lowest setting the measurement is 8.3 in x 6.7 in x 3.1 in and it extends to 8.3 in x 7.5 in x 3.1 in - making its initial height less than that of the original Pillow.

The positioning is important when getting comfy with your Trtl products, whichever you decide to use, so we always advise watching our How-To guides and experimenting with the position to find the best support for you.

Hold the support in one hand and loop the scarf around the back of your neck.
Push in and twist the dials to adjust the height of your support.
Wrap the scarf around your neck and secure using the hoock and loop system on the outside of the support, covering the dials.

Remove the plastic insert and then wash your Trtl Pillow on a 30°C/ cool wash.
Full instructions are on the care label within the product or check out our video guide. 

The scarf of the Trtl Pillow Plus is fully machine washable. We recommend removing the internal support from the scarf one wing at a time and then pulling the fabric over the toggles. Wash on a cold (30°C) cycle and then drip dry. Then all you need to do is reinsert the internal support one wing at a time. You will find more instructions on your set up guide which is included with your Trtl Pillow Plus.

Turning the sock inside out up to the heel, sliding your foot in, and then unrolling the sock up your leg is the easiest way to put them on.  The key thing with compression socks is that they are smooth on your leg - there should be no wrinkles in the socks, and the cuff should not be folded down.
